All the practices are from your house, no need to travel - so it's quick to set up and rock OM.
Three Times a Week
Switch off your mind, get into the body, energise, tone, centre, align, and all those good things. Let go of all the tension from your day, at a time that suits you, and let the yoga 'do you'.

Dynamic Hatha Yoga
Time to align and breathe in each pose. Slower as this builds true power, strength and flexibility in the poses. Explore deeper, align the details, embody the quiver. Choose peace. Bring balance and focus with dynamic Hatha yoga.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
A stronger, faster practice where the movement flows with the breath. Build up stamina, be playful and find the dance of yoga as well as getting the blood pumping and focussing the mind on the moment. If you like movement and challenge, you'd love vinyasa flow yoga.
Restorative Yin Yoga
Now this is all about chilling, or is it? Yin has a 'rep' for release - myofasical release to be precise, and that is what we indulge in during this class. It's super slow and it's super deep. If you're a fitness buff, runner, cyclist or swimmer, yin helps you to get results faster. Ironically, as in this practice we spend 3-5 mins in each pose and any flows are in slo-mo. Plan nothing but a bath after this class. Set the room up to be warm and wear cosy clothes so that you get the most from this.
Equipment
Yoga mat, lycra or comfy gym clothes. Optional extras are props - blocks, cushion, blanket, wheel, foam roller, strap, bolster - or improvise with stuff around the house for added comfort.

If you have some questions - here are the answers to some commonly asked questions from members
Absolutely not! You can start doing yoga on a towel in your PJ's if you have nothing else! From there you can get some sexy leggings, and from there if you want to buy the props, you can at your leisure. Come with a yoga mat and gym clothes as standard practice.
Yes all the sessions will be recorded on Zoom and sent to members on replay later so you can catch up on your own schedule. Selected favourites will feature on the membership site.
As standard Zoom will record the person speaking - but you can turn your camera off if you want to speak without being seen. You can always type into the chat box if you want to remain silent but contribute. Of course it's beneficial to show your face if you want to get to know the community - don't be shy we're all friends here! But no pressure to be seen, and rest assured it will be my demo that will be the focus of the recording for those who watch the replay.
Yes of course! I will offer variations to suit the levels in the session, so turn up live if you want special attention! ;) You are very much welcome if you are new to the practice, where there are more challenging poses, please take it slow, be guided by your breath - you want to be able to keep breathing throughout the practice. Be kind and loving to yourself and listen to what your body is telling you about what feels good.
Absolutely! Our practices are about offering depth and breadth to yoga and growth mindset as skills for living a happy and fulfilling life. If you are not yet complete on that journey then there will be something to learn. For physical progressions or particular challenges - if there is something you are working on, please let me know so I can incorporate it into the month's lesson planning. I love incorporating having fun with more advanced poses and demystify them with variations for different abilities.
We use Zoom as our video conferencing software, if you are unfamiliar then a quick YouTube search will help you get set up there but here is a clear instruction video I like. We have a private Facebook group to share experiences and replays as well as announcements, if you are not on FB then these can also be shared with you via email. We are building a private membership site where videos and masterclasses will be available when you login, sign up to my updates via the FREE visualisation link above and keep an eye on our social media for our launch date!
